Ms. Diana - Jazz and Tap,  Advanced Ballet as well as Pointe

Diana Brooks began her dance training in Midland, TX at the age of 4.  She decided to further her training by attending Oklahoma City University where she majored in dance performance.  There she studied ballet, pointe, tap(stomp, tap and rythmic), jazz and musical theatre as well as academics.  Upon graduating from OCU, she moved to Chicago, IL.  In Chicago she danced with an all female tap company that performed all around the U.S.  She also danced in shows such as Singin’ in the Rain, Babes in Toyland, a 1920’s style supper club and many more.  In her 8 years in Chicago, she taught at all of the professional dance studios as well as studios in the Chicagoland area.  Diana also became a master teacher that traveled the U.S. teaching for different studios and conventions.   She is very excited to have the privilege of teaching at Vergine's Dance Studio in Soldotna, Alaska. Both Diana and Vergine's Dance Studio are thrilled to have her come aboard!  Welcome Diana!
